This refund policy applies to all services and digital products provided by Signary across our three entities:
Studio subscription plans are billed monthly. Since design work begins immediately upon subscription, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period. You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to all deliverables produced during your subscription.

Our initial consultation and North Star Workbook are provided free of charge with no obligation.
We are committed to delivering work that meets the agreed-upon scope and quality standards. If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, we will work with you through our revision process to address your concerns at no additional cost, within the revision rounds included in your plan.
If you are a consumer in the European Union served by Signary OÜ, you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. However, by requesting that design work begins within the withdrawal period, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be waived for services already rendered. For digital products delivered immediately, you agree that the withdrawal right is waived upon delivery of the product.
If you believe a refund is warranted outside of these terms, please contact the entity serving your region. We will review each case individually and work toward a fair resolution.
