Privacy Policy — NoPeek

1. Introduction
NoPeek is developed by Signary OÜ (Lõõtsa tn 5 // Sepapaja tn 4, Lasnamäe, Tallinn 11415, Estonia). This Privacy Policy explains how NoPeek handles data. The short version: NoPeek does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data.
2. On-Device Processing
All face detection, gaze analysis, and screen protection processing happens entirely on your device using Apple's Vision framework and Neural Engine. No images or video frames are ever saved, transmitted, or accessible outside the app process.
3. Data We Do Not Collect
- No images or video recordings
- No screen content or screenshots
- No biometric data — face detection uses float vectors, not identifiable images
- No usage analytics or telemetry
- No crash reports sent automatically
- No third-party SDKs, trackers, or advertising frameworks
4. Trusted Faces
If you enroll Trusted Faces (premium feature), face data is stored locally on your device as mathematical float vectors — not as images. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you remove a Trusted Face or uninstall the app.
5. Peek History
If you enable the optional peek history feature (disabled by default), detection event timestamps are stored locally on your device. You can export this data as CSV or delete it at any time. This data is never transmitted.
6. Network Requests
NoPeek makes zero network requests. The app does not communicate with any server, API, or external service during normal operation.
7. Purchase and License Data
Your purchase and trial state is stored locally in macOS Keychain, encrypted by the operating system. For purchases made through Paddle, Paddle processes your payment information under their own privacy policy — Signary OÜ does not receive or store your payment details.
8. Camera Access
NoPeek requires camera access to perform face and gaze detection. The camera feed is processed in real time and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted. You can revoke camera access at any time in macOS System Settings, which will disable NoPeek's detection features.
9. Children's Privacy
NoPeek does not collect any data from any user, including children. There is no age restriction on using the app.
10. Your Rights (GDPR)
Since NoPeek does not collect or store personal data, there is no data to access, correct, delete, or port. If you have questions about your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), contact us at inquiry@signary.eu.
