These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NoPeek, a macOS application developed and published by:

By downloading, installing, or using NoPeek, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License

Signary OÜ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use NoPeek on devices you own or control, for personal or professional use. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the application.

2. Trial and Purchase

NoPeek offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, core features remain free. Premium features require a one-time purchase of $9.99 (or local equivalent). The purchase is final and does not require a subscription.

3. Payment Processing

Purchases may be processed through the Mac App Store (Apple) or through Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for direct purchases. By purchasing through Paddle, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service. Paddle handles billing, tax collection, and compliance on our behalf.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in NoPeek — including source code, design, icons, and documentation — remain the exclusive property of Signary OÜ. Your purchase grants a license to use the application, not ownership of the underlying software.

5. Privacy

NoPeek processes all data on-device. No images, video, or personal data are transmitted from the application. Your use of NoPeek is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Updates

We may release updates to NoPeek that include new features, bug fixes, or performance improvements. Updates are provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify functionality in future versions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

NoPeek is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Screen protection depends on camera access, lighting conditions, and hardware capabilities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signary OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of NoPeek. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the application.

9. Termination

You may stop using NoPeek at any time by uninstalling the application. We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the application.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of NoPeek after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia. Where applicable, EU consumer protection regulations take precedence.
